All recipients of child or family support pay an annual collection fee of $35 pursuant to §767.57(1e)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes. This fee is automatically deducted from child or family support, maintenance or arrears payments after the first $550 is paid to the recipient.
All payers are charged an annual receiving and disbursing (R&D) fee of $65 per case.
