Dear Neighbors,
As a lifelong City of Milwaukee resident, I have always had an interest in strengthening my community. Being on the Youth Commission has provided me with an opportunity to engage with other youth and adult leaders about important issues, learn about the County's needs from a variety of perspectives, and to give back to the community. I strongly believe in community service, and my favorite part of serving on the Youth Commission has been the volunteer community service activities. Thank you for the opportunity to represent others in my district.

Biography
Augie Baum currently serves on the Community Engagement & Racial Justice Committee. He is a junior at the University School of Milwaukee, where he is a three-sport student-athlete playing Soccer, Basketball and Baseball. During the past two summers, Augie volunteered as a coach and umpire for an eight-week baseball camp for youth ages 8-13. Outside of school, Augie enjoys hanging out with friends, playing with his dog Red and attending concerts, games and festivals in Milwaukee.
