Local Merfolk read stories to children and families, while capturing the imagination and play of the gender fluidity of childhood and giving kids glamorous, positive, and unabashedly queer role models. Meet people who defy rigid gender restrictions and envision a world where people can present as they wish--where dress up is real. The first 50 children to register and attend the program receive a free pool pass so they can swim together with the Merfolk after the story.
