Explore one of Milwaukee’s most significant historic landscapes through self-guided tours highlighting the design of Frederick Law Olmsted. Tour materials guide guests to points of interest throughout the park, including the Grand Staircase, historic bridges, ravines, waterfall, prehistoric Indian mound, and other notable landmarks. Volunteers from Lake Park Friends will be available to answer questions about the park’s history, restoration efforts, and ongoing preservation work.
