Free Haircuts for first 100 youth (up to 18 years old),
Free Hygiene Kits ($50 value) for first 100 households,
Hair Braiding (1 hour max.) for first 10 youth
There will be a DJ and snacks provided!
Owen’s Place (both locations) is a Safe Summer Site, open Saturdays in August from 5pm-10pm.
