MCSO Arrests Driver for Recklessly Endangering Safety

On July 23rd, 2019, at approximately 7:47 p.m., Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle for reckless driving in the area of N. Teutonia Ave. and W. Capitol Dr. The driver refused to stop and was pursued to the intersection of N. 35th St. and W. Clarke St. where the vehicle struck another vehicle and stopped.

MCSO Arrests Wrong Way Driver for OWI 2nd

At approximately 1:49 a.m. this morning, the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), responded to a wrong way driver traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of I 794 near West Howard Avenue. Upon the Deputies arrival, the vehicle was stopped and facing in the wrong direction.

Suspect Arrested on 2nd OWI and Child Neglect

On Tuesday, July 9, a vehicle crashed on southbound I-43 at West National Ave. MCSO Deputies arrived on scene and observed a vehicle resting on the right barrier wall. The driver of the vehicle was later identified as Neishia Rockiett, age 31. Two minor children were also in the vehicle. Neither child was wearing a seat belt.

Today, at about 2:15 p.m., deputies responded to a call of a sick driver on the I-41/US-45 northbound to I-94 westbound ramp to Highway 100 in the zoo interchange. The vehicle, a silver Dodge Ram, was in the right distress lane and the passenger was outside saying the driver was not breathing.
