New Partnerships Coming to Bradford Beach This Summer

New food and drink options are coming to Bradford Beach this summer. If approved by the Board of Supervisors, The Dock will take over food and beverages at the tiki huts and bar on the beach. Volley Life is operating volleyball leagues and tournaments at both Bradford and Grant beaches this year.
July 3 Fireworks to Return for 2019

The Milwaukee tradition of fireworks on July 3 will return in 2019, thanks to a new partnership announced by Milwaukee County Chief Executive Chris Abele and Milwaukee Brewers MVP Christian Yelich.

The Traveling Beer Gardens will return for the sixth year this summer. The beer gardens will visit 13 park sites between May and September. New stops this year include Washington Park, Jacobus Park and Falk Park.

Japanese Zen Garden Opening Day
April 20, Mitchell Park Domes
The Floral Show Dome will be transformed into a relaxing Japanese-themed zen garden for the spring show. The show will open daily, April 20 - May 25 and is included with general admission to The Domes.
Boerner Opening Day
April 27, Boerner Botanical Gardens
Spring officially arrives with the opening of Boerner Botanical Gardens.
Traveling Beer Garden Opening Day
May 8, Juneau Park
The 2019 Traveling Beer garden season gets underway on May 8. Join us for a keg tapping at 5 p.m. with free beer while supplies last. The beer garden will stay at Juneau Park from May 8 - 27.
