Tai Chi in the Trees, at Lake Park

Gather in the park for a session of relaxing, gentle movement that provides health benefits and leaves you internally calm and balanced. As part of a group moving together, you experience a social ritual. The class is taught by the YMAA's School Director, a Certified Instructor of Tai Chi Ch'uan from Yang's Martial Arts Association. All levels are welcomed to this FREE series of classes in the outdoors. A great way to do a little self-care! Stay in the park after tai chi practice, take a short walk to the summer stage, and enjoy the Lake Park Friends' Musical Mondays concert series. The free tai chi program is also offered Sunday mornings.
