Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley's Statement on the District Attorney's Felony Murder Charges in the Death of D'Vontaye Mitchell
MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley released the following statement regarding Milwaukee County District Attorney's felony murder charges in the death of D'Vontaye Mitchell:
"D’Vontaye Mitchell should still be alive today. Our community has been deeply affected by this tragic loss, and the charges brought against those responsible for his death mark an important step in seeking justice, accountability, and healing. My heart goes out to the Mitchell family during this difficult time. Let us continue to support one another, stand together, and work to foster a safer, more compassionate Milwaukee."
