Project to convert the survey control network from a 1927 vintage to a 1988 vintage. The survey monuments are the positions that all property (parcel) changes are controlled from. This project will only be for the horizontal or flat surface area control. The vertical or elevation control will be completed as a seven-county, (SEWRPC area), after the horizontal is completed. SEWRPC will perform the work in-house and will supply Milwaukee County with updated data and documentation of the work performed.
