Contract Description: This project includes the repair or replacement of existing expansion joints, concrete column repairs, beam repairs, concrete crack repair, post tensioned concrete repair work, concrete membrane/sealer placement, post tensioned anchorage waterproofing repair/inspection/sealing at the MKE Airport Parking Structure. WA0295 Expansion Joint Replacement includes one Base Bid and Two Alternates. WA0411 Traffic Bearing Membrane includes a Base Bid and Three Alternates. WA0432 Post Tensioned Anchorages includes one Base Bid and One Alternate. Pre-Bid Meeting: Wednesday March 20th, 2024 at 8:30AM., held in the Sijan Conference Room, in the GMIA Terminal (Located before security in hallway behind Museum / USO), 5300 South Howell Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
