Milwaukee County Department of Administrative Services are requesting a proposal to provide professional services for the planning and design for renovations to the Marcia P. Coggs Human Services Center (Coggs), located at 1220 W. Vliet Street, Milwaukee, WI. An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 10, 2022. Parties interested in participating in this pre-proposal meeting shall indicate their interest via email to peter.nilles@milwaukeecountywi.gov by no later than 4:00 p.m. on February 8, 2022.
