Replacement/installation of kitchen equipment and tray systems at the Criminal Justice Facility (CJF), Juvenile Justice Center (JJC), and Community Reintegration Center (CRC). Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and service necessary for the installation of food service equipment including the requirements of mechanical, electrical and plumbing scope in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and local codes that is reasonably inferred.
