We Want to Hear From You! Help shape the future for older adults in Milwaukee County!
The Milwaukee County Commission on Aging represents all older adults in our county. Right now,
the Commission is developing a plan to better serve you in 2025-2027 and we need to hear your
voice! The plan will address services, opportunities, and goals to help all of us live better lives. Help
us make this plan the best for all Milwaukee County seniors. Survey
The Area Plan survey will be available online beginning April 1, 2024. The survey
can be found at: county.milwaukee.gov/aging/area plan or by scanning the QR
code. You can request a paper version by calling (414) 289-6010. The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete and is intended for older adults, age
55 years or older, who reside in Milwaukee County. Individuals completing the
survey may enter a drawing for a $50 gift card. For more information or to request accommodations please call (414) 289-6010. Language
interpreters are available with 48 hours advance notice.
