Join Camille Mays of Sound Healing for a relaxing and rejuvenating exploration of the effect of sound on your body and mind. Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on and experience waves of soothing sound. This free program is offered before "A Walk in the Park" (in the same park at noon). Three additional programs are offered in the evening.
