Create your own hanging baskets with the plants and containers you purchase -- free instruction. At 12:15 p.m., learn at a rain-barrel demonstration and sign up to have a rain barrel delivered and installed at your home. At 1:15 p.m., learn at a rain-garden demonstration what it takes to plan and install a rain garden.
