Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, this session, led by a certified forest-bathing guide, will take you through sensory-based explorations designed to relax, restore, and deepen your relationship with the natural world. For adults, age 18 & up. REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
