Gather the family for some fun while getting tips from experts about the different dimensions of wellness! Take part in the Walk for Wellness, family-fun activities -- including comfort dogs, sound baths, cooking demos -- and enjoy free food from Farmfork, an urban agriculture and culinary arts program for youth. A great way to learn more about emotional, physical, occupational, intellectual, financial, social, environmental, and spiritual wellness!
