Wading Pools & Splash Pads
Even your littlest ones can splash about at the Milwaukee County Parks this summer. All water playgrounds/splash pads and wading pools have adjacent restrooms and changing facilities.
See the Map of Pool Locations
Children age 7 and under must be accompanied by a caregiver age 12 or older. Youths age 12 & up are only allowed at the wading pools and splash pads if younger children are in their care or if the youth is accompanied by an adult.
Proper swimming attire is required.
Swimming Diapers are required for all children who are not yet potty-trained.
|Water Playgrounds/Splash Pads, Wading Pools
At water playgrounds/splash pads, kids enjoy interactive water toys—from giant mushroom waterfalls to ground water jets, spray posts, and water-spray spirals. Neighborhood wading pools offer more depth for cooling off. See the calendar below for hours and locations.
Wading pools are also located at four parks with deep-well pools and share the same hours as those pools:
Holler Park, McCarty Park, Sheridan Park, and Washington Park (Washington has both a splash pad and wading pool)
Deep-well Pool Hours
Admission: The Sheridan Wading Pool, which is within the "big pool" area of Sheridan Park, has an admission charge. Other locations are FREE
