All recipients of child or family support pay an annual collection fee of $25.00 pursuant to s. 767.57(1e)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes. This fee is automatically deducted from child or family support, maintenance, or arrears payments after the first $500 is paid to the recipient.
All payers are charged an annual receiving and disbursing (R&D) fee of $65.00 per case.
