Super User training this week (June 22-26)

BHD-CARS and our community partners designated a small number of Super Users who will support their co-workers in the transition to the new Avatar and ProviderConnect system. Super Users will be equipped to provide technical assistance and serve as a knowledge point on relevant changes to Milwaukee County policies and processes. Training sessions for Super Users are scheduled June 22 through June 26, and designated individuals confirmed their attendance via an email survey. If you have questions, please email David Johnson


Avatar system to "Go Live" on August 3

Full, comprehensive training for all users of Avatar and Provider Connect will be scheduled for the month of July in advance of the live implementation scheduled for Monday, August 3. Training will be conducted by BHD-CARS staff, contracted technical assistance providers, designated Super Users, and some remotely accessible computer-based components. Relevant communications will be forthcoming via email and this website. Stay tuned in the coming days and weeks, and mark your calendars for August 3!
