No matter what the time of year, you'll be surrounded by the beauty of live plants and flowers when you select the Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory for your wedding site.

Floral Show Dome – Themes of shows are subject to change
Tropical Dome – A lush environment, complete with waterfall
Arid Dome – A light-filled landscape with the sculptural forms of succulents

Note:

During normal operating hours, none of these sites is completely private, because the domes are open to the public.
Private after-hour rentals are available.
The plant areas of the domes are not air-conditioned and can get very warm in summer.

Restrictions:

Your site is available to you only during the time period of your permit(s). If you need additional time before or after your ceremony for taking photos, purchase a photography permit If you will have enough time for both your ceremony and photos during the one-hour ceremony permit time, you will not need to purchase an additional photography permit.
Dressing facilities are available with prior arrangements
Extra furnishings such as folding chairs (except for the elderly or guests with disabilities) are not permitted
Arbors, floral displays, or other props are not permitted
Electrical hook-up, generators, or amplified music is not permitted
Alcohol is not permitted

Parking: Ample parking in lot
Advance Booking: Up to 3 years in advance. (pay the current year's permit rate)
Facility Tour for Rental Clients: To discuss renting the Conservatory for your event, schedule an appointment for a Facility Tour. Tours are generally available Monday through Friday during the day, or Thursday evenings, 7-9 p.m. To schedule your appointment, call (414) 649-8126.

2008 Daytime Wedding Ceremony-only Permit Rate:
35 people maximum
Includes photo permit for photographs during your rental period.
$225 + 5.6% sales tax per 1-hour period
plus Admission per person

Photography Permit needed when photography cannot be completed within the time of the Wedding Permit

2008 Evening Wedding Ceremony-only Permit Rate:
Includes photo permit for photographs during your rental period, and set-up and tear down fee
$400 + 5.6% sales tax
plus Admission per person
