Visiting Information for the County Correctional Facility-South

Video Visits

All dorms will be utilizing video visiting effective May 21, 2011

Video visiting schedule:

All dorms except Z2

Thursday thru Monday

the first schedule visit begins at 9:00 am

the last schedule visit begins at 8:15 pm

Minors are not allowed to visit

Visits are 30 minutes in length.

You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled visit.

Visits start promptly at the scheduled time. The start time of a visit can not be changed due to a late arrival.

Phone call registration will not be accepted.

When time permits the Visiting Officer can assist you and register you on-site.

Visiting will be closed on Christmas Eve December , Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Years Day.

Visiting Rules and Restrictions

Visitors must be at least age 18
Each inmate is allowed one visit per day /per week
Only Two adults can visit an inmate at any time
Visits are limited to 30 minutes in length
A visitor can visit more then one inmate a day, provided the inmate has not already had a visitor
No cell-phones allowed
All visitors are subject to search
Appropriate clothing is required. No revealing clothing, tube tops/dresses, tank tops/dresses, low cut tops, short skirts or shorts
If an inmate is located in a discipline dorm they are not allowed visitors
In addition, due to weather changes, visitors have the choice of leaving their coats in the car, in one of the lockers or having the pockets emptied and the coat checked and scanned by staff.
