For a memorable event in a picturesque setting, treat your guests to an evening among the waterfalls, flowerbeds and cacti of the Mitchell Park Conservatory. Rental includes use of the three domes and the lobby area. Round dining tables are set up in the lobby, banquet tables for your food service are set up in the Floral Show Dome, and your bar service is near the Tropical Dome. For very large events, food and beverage stations may be scattered throughout the domes.

Available: Year round, 6pm–midnight
Capacity: 250 formal sit-down dinner or 500 banquet style
Accessibility: Handicap accessible
Amenities: 3 massive gardens under glass, round tables, chairs, CD stereo system, air conditioning, smoke-free environment
Catering/Bar Service: Parks Division contracted vendor (See web link below)
Parking: Ample parking in lit adjacent lots, with service entrance for caterer
Advance Booking: beginning Jan. 2, 2008, book through Dec. 31, 2009 (pay the current year's rate)
Facility Tour for Rental Clients: To discuss renting the Conservatory for your event, schedule an appointment for a Facility Tour. Tours are generally available Monday through Friday during the day, or Thursday evenings, 7-9 p.m. To schedule your appointment, call (414) 649-8126.

2008 Reception/Event Rate:
Sun.-Thurs. $300 for 1-2 hours + group admission
Sun.–Thurs. $600 for 1–6 hours + group admission
Fri.–Sat. $900 for 1–6 hours + $group admission
Note: different rates are charged for Wedding Ceremonies only

If the event is cancelled less than 30 days before the scheduled date, 25% of the total fee will be charged.
