South Shore Park Pavilion 2900 South Shore Drive
A classic park building with stately wood-beamed interior and brick exterior is located on the shore of Lake Michigan, offering a great view of the Marina and the lake. Two rooms accommodate small or large groups.
Available: Year round, 10am–midnight NOTE: Not available election days or the day prior to an election day Rental Room Size: Large room – 68'x39', Small room – 32'x25' Capacity: 210 Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, chair lift made available upon request Amenities: Smoke-free environment, tables, chairs, kitchen, refrigerator, range, coffeemaker, lectern, public address system, soda machine Catering: Bring your own prepared food or use the caterer of your choice Parking: Ample parking in lot and street parking Restrictions: Do not use corn meal, salt, talcum powder or any other material on the dance floor!
Advance Booking: Book up to two years in advance and pay the current year's rate. 2013 Rate (prices listed include sales tax): Monday-Thursday: $619.28 (includes $350 security deposit) for up to a 3-hour rental. The security deposit will be returned if you have no damage or clean-up charges. Add'l hours may be available at $89.76 per hour Note: Decorating, catering, setup, and cleanup must be completed within your rental time. Friday-Sunday: $872.72 (includes $350 security deposit) for up to a 3-hour rental. The security deposit will be returned if you have no damage or clean-up charges.
