There is an issue with opening up some PDF's in Firefox. To work around this issue, in Firefox, select Tools from the menu, Options, Application Tab. In the Application Tab, go to Adobe Acrobat Document and change Use Adobe Acrobat (In Firefox) to Use Adobe Reader (default).
