Photography in the Parks
"Photography" applies to both still photography AND video/filming
Note: A Wedding Ceremony Permit includes a photography permit for the wedding site.
 

While informal, candid photography in the parks is free, a photography permit applies to each of the following:

  • Wedding Photography 
  • Formal School and Graduation Photography
  • Any other photography session that uses The Domes or the Boerner Botanical Gardens as a backdrop for pictures requiring special attire
  • Photography used in the stream of commerce requires a Commercial Photography Permit.

Package Rate: $132 for up to 1 hour with admission for up to 20 adults included
Add'l Half-Hour: $68.64 per additional 30 minutes beyond package

Hourly Rate: $61.25 per hour + admission fees per person (Group admission rates available)

Please note: your group cannot consist of more than 50 people.

Scenic locations are plentiful throughout the parks. A permit is required for all commercial and advertising photography.
