All Bids/Quotes/RFPs must be received in the Procurement Division office by 1:30 p.m. on the bid submission date. 

All Bid and Quote documents will be publicly opened at 2:30 p.m. in the Procurement Division on the scheduled opening date at:

Changes may be made prior to the official time and bid receipt.  It is the responsibility of the Vendor to download and return any attachments, amendments, etc.  Failure to return all information with your bid, may result in bid rejection.  For questions or more information regarding the purchasing process, please contact the responsible Buying Agent.

Vendors: update Adobe Acrobat Reader to version 7.0 for the best quality bids, quotes and RFP documents.

Please be advised that Milwaukee County, in conjunction with the City of Milwaukee, has implemented an electronic vendor notification system. This system allows vendors to receive notices of bids and requests for proposals through the on-line system.

Milwaukee County has a DBE Program and DBE participation is encouraged.All Bids/Quotes/RFPs are subject to the detail specification and conditions contained and enumerated therein.  The Purchasing Administrator reserves the right to reject any or all  Bids/Quotes/RFPs and to accept the Bids/Quotes/RFPs most advantageous to the County of Milwaukee.
