NEW ACCESS TO PARKS ADMINISTRATION - Access from Watertown Plank Road was permanently closed January 6, 2014
The Parks Administration Building is accessible from Discovery Parkway, the north/south road running between Watertown Plank Road and Swan Boulevard. GPS units may not reflect the new access. Read more about the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Zoo Interchange Project.

I-794 Eastbound Exit Ramp to Lincoln Memorial Drive Closed through Fall 2015
As part of the Hoan Bridge project, the exit ramp to Lincoln Memorial Drive will be closed. The LMD southbound entrance ramp to I-794 East (Southbound) will also close during this time.

Menomonee River Parkway
Westbound Closure planned, beginning Thurs., Feb. 26, 2015
The parkway will be closed to westbound traffic from Harmonee Ave. to Charles Hart Parkway. Eastbound traffic will not be affected. A detour for westbound traffic, via Underwood and Milwaukee avenues, will be signed. The closure is anticipated to last about one week.

Milwaukee River Parkway Closure
In Lincoln Park

Milwaukee River Parkway will be closed from Mon., Nov. 3 through Spring of 2015. The Parkway will be closed to traffic from Hampton Avenue to Lawn Avenue, with local access to residences south of Lawn. See the map for details


Lake Park Bridge and Ravine Road Closures
Beginning Mon., Dec. 8, 2014,  The Lake Park bridge above Ravine Road and Ravine Road will be closed for maintenance. Watch this page for updates.
