For The Birds Spring Floral Show at The Domes 
A peaceful garden show dedicated to the native birds of Wisconsin.  Stroll through fields of Early Bird Blue' Forget-Me-Nots; 'Midget Red' heavenly scented Stock; mixed colors of Primula; orange, red, purple, and pink tulips; plus various colors of Ranuculus, Salpiglossis, and Gerbera Daisies. Completing the theme, visitors will see a variety of bird houses and feeders.

Military Veterans of all abilities, which includes those who use wheelchairs, are invited to 6 weeks of FREE golf instruction from local PGA professionals. The introductory Down Range Clinic is April 25-- so register this weekend! Paramobiles will be available through Stand Up & Play.

Temporary Trail Detours
During Zoo-Interchange Project

Please follow detour signage for segments of the Hank Aaron State Trail (closed through Summer '18), as well as segments of the Oak Leaf Trail and Deer Creek Trail (temporary alternating closures through Fall '17). Closures are due to the reconstruction of the I-94 bridge over Underwood Creek.
During Installation of Storm Sewer Outfall in Hart Park
Beginning 3/28/17, please follow detour signage when on the Oak Leaf Trail near Wauwatosa's Hart Park. The detour is expected to continue for about two months.

     

 

Forestry Work & Construction:  
Work to improve safety along the OLT will involve intermittent closures of trail segments with minor rerouting.

Lake Park Bridge and Ravine Road
The Lake Park bridge above Ravine Road is open to pedestrian-only traffic. Ravine Road is closed until further notice.

Ravine Restoration in Warnimont Park
On the east side of South Lake Drive, north of Ramsey, restoration work has been completed. Please stay out of areas where vegetation is being established.
