Oak Leaf Trail at Watertown Plank Road Closures
The Oak Leaf Trail may be closed 10/9 for concrete surface repair on the bridge pier. It may also be closed between 10/11-10/13 for placing the new bridge deck. The closures will only occur if operations occur overhead and are required for public safety. Closure dates depend on work progress and weather.

Temporary Trail Detours
During Zoo-Interchange Project

South Shore Park:
South Parking Lot & Boat Launch Closure

Access now available to North Parking Lot & Yacht Club

For public safety, the contractor has closed the South Parking Lot and Boat Launch. The scheduled reopening in late July will occur after substantial completion of construction, the South Shore Frolics, and continuing renovations at the site.

Intermittent Oak Leaf Trail Closures / Detour
Beginning July 6 and continuing for about a year, DOT construction on the Watertown Plank Road Bridge Project will cause intermittent closures of the OLT between 115th Street and Underwood Creek Parkway. Closures, due to risk of falling debris, are expected to last 1-2 days at a time. See plan for detour.

Forestry Work & Construction:
Work to improve safety along the OLT will involve intermittent closures of trail segments with minor rerouting.
FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO POSTED SIGNAGE
