09-23-10 Traffic Alert

Milwaukee, WI: At approximately 9:00 AM this morning, Milwaukee County Sheriff ’s deputies responded to a rollover crash northbound I-94 just north of the county line. The driver of a white van was pulling a camper when he had lost control of his van and skid across all three lanes of traffic, causing both the van and camper to rollover. The van came to a rest on its roof and the camper came to a rest on its left side in the left distress lane. 

 

Milwaukee County Sheriff’s deputies and emergency personnel arrived on scene and made contact with the driver. The 57-year-old driver sustained cuts to his head and arms, and refused medical treatment.  

 

Both the left and center northbound lanes of traffic are currently closed. We anticipate the lanes to remain closed for approximately one hour.

 

No other vehicles were involved in this crash.
