Sheriff Clarke Holds Roll Call for Multi-Jurisdictional OWI Task Force Outside at the Wauwatosa Police Department

**Citizens are welcomed to attend roll call**
 
Milwaukee, WI – Milwaukee County Sheriff David A. Clarke Jr. will address the Southeast Multi-Jurisdictional OWI Task Force before they head out on their 33rd enforcement deployment targeting drunk drivers. Over 60 squads from partnering law enforcement agencies will be in service from 8PM Saturday, August 7, to 4AM Sunday, August 8. 
 
Sheriff Clarke will discuss the importance of the taskforce’s enforcement efforts and year-to-date arrest results. Paul and Judy Jenkins, the parents of Jennifer Bukosky who was killed by impaired driver Mark Benson, will address law enforcement officers regarding the impact the Multi-Jurisdictional OWI Task Force is having on the community and victims of drunk drivers. Wauwatosa Police Chief Barry Weber will also address the roll call.  
 
When:         Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 8:00 p.m.
 
Who:           Sheriff David A. Clarke Jr., Paul and Judy Jenkins, Daniel Gibbs (father of child passenger injured by Mark Benson), 
                     Wauwatosa Police Chief Barry Weber, and fifteen (15) partnering law enforcement agencies.
 
                     The Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation, on behalf of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), will
                     also be present conducting a case study on the high-visibility Multi-Jurisdictional OWI Task Force. 
 
What:         Southeast Multi-Jurisdictional OWI Task Force holds its roll call outside in the
                    community. Citizens are welcomed to attend and learn more about the task force.
