Maps are utilized for different reasons.  Perhaps you are reporting a traffic light outage or a pothole, but you don't know if it belongs to the City of Milwaukee or Milwaukee County; or perhaps you're an out of state contractor and you need to know what county routes your drivers can take to carry over-sized loads. Maps are field measurements and are used to establish boundaries or can serve as traveling guide. Either way, maps are used to convey geographical information. We, at Milwaukee County, want our residents to be familiarized with our County Trunk Highways (CTH) and feel it is imperative for residents to know which roads are maintained by Milwaukee County and which are not.

As a service to our constituents, you will find the most current County Trunk Highway maps that we have available. Please follow the link on the left hand of the page, to view the county trunk maps.

In addition to viewing our maps, the Department of Administrative Services, Architecture and Engineering and Environmental Services (AE & ES) Division, provides a land information office's interactive mapping system. Please click on the link or the map below to visit the AE & ES web page to obtain interactive mapping information.
