EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2009, THE FOLLOWING FEE CHANGES WILL TAKE PLACE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH MILWAUKEE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS APPROVAL:

Cremation Permit . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $185.00
 
Disinterment Permit . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 50.00
 
Daily Body Storage Fee . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 35.00
 
 
NOTE
Fees are payable upon receipt of Milwaukee County Medical Examiner monthly invoice, or at time of service.
 
In the case of Milwaukee County indigent burial program cases, a copy of the signed authorization from Milwaukee County Department of Human Services is required in order to waive the fees.   We can waive fees on County burial cases for Milwaukee County indigent burials only.
