Chapter 63 Wisconsin Statutes - provides the legal basis for the Milwaukee County Civil Service System and the rules that govern it.  This link will take you directly to the State of Wisconsin Statutes page to insure that the page is always completely up-to-date.
Civil Service Rules - The rules of the Civil Service Commission apply to all employees in the classified service of Milwaukee County except where these ordinances and/or civil service rules have been specifically modified or made non-applicable to members of certain bargaining units. In these cases, contracts with Milwaukee County provide for exception from or differences in the application of these ordinances and rules.
