Center Hours
Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–8 p.m.
Saturday (Sept.–May only) 9 a.m.–2 p.m.

Membership card required for all activities

Schedule subject to change due to maintenance or special events

Adult Programs

  • Weight Room, Year round
    Open during all building hours
    No additional fee to use weights.
    Equipment: free weights, weight machines, exercise bikes, tread mills. Instruction on proper use of equipment when staff is available.
    Note: Youths age 14 & up who have been given permission by the Center will be admitted. Other children are not allowed in the weight room at any time.
     
  • Women's Workout Area, Year round
    A space for the workout needs of women.
    Equipment: free weights; exercise bikes; tread mills; steps
    Note: Children are not allowed in the workout area at any time.
     
  • Open Gym -
    Adults: Sept.–May: M–F 9 a.m.–3 p.m., 
    M–W 7-7:45 p.m.
     
  • Boxing Open Ring - Adults
    M–F
    9 a.m.–4:30 p.m., 7-7:45 p.m.
    Sat. 9 a.m.–2 p.m.
    Work out on your own. Bring your own equipment. 

     

Martial Arts/Boxing 

  • Karate & Judo, Tue., Thurs. 6–7 p.m., Sat. 10 a.m.-noon (Sept-May only)
    Age 5–adult
    For beginners through advanced
    Nominal class fee and a uniform may be required. Join classes at any time.
    Please speak with the instructors for complete details.
     
     
  • Boxing Instruction  M-F 5-7 p.m.
    Age 8-17
    Youth are given basic boxing instruction and may participate in tournaments.
    Membership plus $50 includes USA Boxing insurance, mouthpiece, and hand wraps.
    Join at any time.
