Get outdoors; welcome spring; connect with nature, and learn to live more lightly on the Earth! Join us in celebration of Earth Day. We've brought together the best from the past and have added new features too -- including a special presentation by Kohl's Wild Theater and a book signing! Come celebrate!

In Celebration of Earth Day has activities for your whole family.

  • Go on naturalist-led spring walk.
  • Create crafts from recycled materials.
  • Be part of the vintage manual typewriter “Type-In” and listen to the click-clack of the keys.
  • Learn to reduce your carbon footprint and live more sustainably.
  • Watch your little ones enjoy exploring the early-childhood play space.

 SPECIAL PERFORMANCE

Everyone will enjoy and learn from Kohl's Wild Theater, made possible through a partnership between Kohl's Cares and the Zoological Society of Milwaukee.

Kohl's Wild Theater will present a 30-minute interactive performance of short skits about animals and conservation -- a show perfect for children of all ages. Kids learn about easy actions they can take to help animals and their habitats. Turtle puppets, songs sung by an otter and salamander, the "trashmonster" and more bring concepts to life.
