Milwaukee County Foreclosure Initiative
Milwaukee County Housing Division and the Economic Development Department are committed to the successful redevelopment of foreclosed properties in Milwaukee County to serve County clients.
The County has committed $837,693.75 to this effort and is seeking both rental (investors) and home ownership development through HUD certified homebuyer counseling agencies.
Individuals who wish to apply for a loan to help purchase a home must contact a HUD certified counseling agency. A list of agencies that are HUD certified can be found at the link below.

- Department on Aging
- Child Support Services
- Office for Persons with Disabilities
- Family Care
- Department of Health & Human Services

Applications will be taken on a competitive basis and must be post marked by June 23, 2014.
