This new facility is ideal for meetings, seminars, training sessions, or social functions.

Available: Year round, 10 a.m.–midnight NOTE: Not available election days or the day prior to an election day 
Rental Room Size:
Capacity: 75
Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible
Amenities: Smoke-free environment, air conditioning, tables, chairs, kitchen, refrigerator, range, coffeemaker, indoor/outdoor stage
Catering: Bring your own prepared food or use the caterer of your choice
Parking: Ample parking in adjacent lot and along street

 Advance Booking: Book up to two years in advance and pay the current year's rate.
2013 Rate (prices listed include sales tax): $205.92 for up to a 3-hour rental
Add'l hours may be available at $68.64 per add'l hour
Note: Decorating, catering, setup, and cleanup must be completed within your rental time.
