Getting to the Gardens

Boerner Botanical Gardens

From the South (Racine, Kenosha, Chicago)

• Take I-94 to Exit 320 (W. Rawson Ave./Hwy BB).
• Turn left (west) onto W. Rawson Ave. and proceed to S. 92nd St. (about 5 miles).
• Turn right onto S. 92nd St and follow signs to the Gardens entrance (about 1 mile).
   

From the Southwest (Beloit, Rockford)

• Take I-43 to 894 East, Exit 5A-B south (76th and 84th St. exit).
• Turn right (south) onto 84th St. to W. Forest Home Ave. (second traffic light).
• Turn right onto W. Forest Home Ave. and proceed to Root River Parkway/S. 92nd St. (about 1/2 mile).
• Turn left (south) onto Root River Parkway and follow signs to the Gardens entrance (about 2-1/2 miles).
   

From the West (Waukesha, Madison, Minneapolis)

• Take I-94 to 894/45 South, Exit 5A-B south (76th and 84th St. exit).
• Turn right (south) onto 84th St. to W. Forest Home Ave. (second traffic light).
• Turn right onto W. Forest Home Ave. and proceed to Root River Parkway/92nd St. (about 1 mile).
• Turn left (south) onto Root River Parkway and follow signs to the Gardens entrance (about 2-1/2 miles).
   

From the Northwest (Fond du Lac, Green Bay)

• Take Hwy 41 South (becomes Hwy 45 in Milwaukee County) to 894 East to Exit 5A-B (76th and 84th St. exit).
• Turn right (south) onto 84th St. to W. Forest Home Ave. (second traffic light).
• Turn right onto W. Forest Home Ave. and proceed to Root River Parkway/92nd St. (about 1/2 mile).
• Turn left (south) onto Root River Parkway and follow signs to the Gardens entrance (about 2-1/2 miles).
   

From the Northeast & downtown Milwaukee (Sheboygan, Green Bay)

• Take I-43 to 894 West, Exit 5A (W. Forest Home Ave./Hwy 24).
• Proceed on W. Forest Home Ave. to Root River Parkway/92nd St. (about 1 mile).
• Turn left (south) onto Root River Parkway and follow signs to the Gardens entrance (about 2-1/2 miles).
