Garden Rentals



Although beautiful flower beds are located throughout the Milwaukee County Park System, these rental areas are especially nice. . .

  • Boerner Botanical Gardens, 9400 Boerner Drive, Hales Corners
    Special Event and various wedding ceremony sites are available within the Botanical Gardens. The Exhibit Room in the Garden House or one of the halls in the Education & Visitor Center can be rented as an alternate ceremony site in case of inclement weather.

    Special Event Sites
    Sites within the formal gardens as well as the surrounding grounds are available for special events. Please contact the Director of the Boerner Botanical Gardens to go over the details of your event. Call (414) 525-5601.
    2008 Special Event Fee: $308/day

  • Downtown Transit Center Harbor Lights Garden Terrace
    909 E. Michigan St.
    Private garden offering a view of Lake Michigan. Available only with the rental of the Harbor Lights Room.

  • O'Donnell Park North Garden Plaza
    Corner of Wisconsin Ave. & Mason Street
    Offers a view of Lake Michigan.
    Available: Spring–Fall
    Capacity: 1500
    Accessibility: Handicap accessible from parking area elevators
    Amenities: 12 picnic tables are included with summer rentals
    Catering/Bar Service: Parks Division contracted vendor
    Restriction: No amplified music
    2008 Rate: $575 per day + tax
    2009 Rate: $625 per day + tax

    Located at the east end of Wisconsin Ave. overlooking Lake Michigan and the Milwaukee Art Museum
    Note: Areas surrounding the South Garden Plaza remain open to the public during your event.

    Capacity: 2000
    Accessibility: Handicap accessible
    Amenities: 12 picnic tables are included with summer rentals
    Catering/Bar Service: Parks Division contracted vendor
