Health Care Administrator: 

  • Use of the EAP is confidential; no one will know you are using it unless you choose to tell someone.

  • United Health Care provides free, voluntary and confidential EAP services for you and your family members living within the same household. Appointments may be scheduled at a variety of times and locations.

  • The EAP is intended to help employees with the challenges of balancing work and family issues:

  • Such issues may include; but are not limited to:

  • Alcohol and/or Drug Abuse

  • Budget and/or money management concerns;

  • Domestic Abuse;

  • Stress & Anxiety;

  • Relationship Problems

  • Legal concerns, parent/child conflicts;

  • Loss or grief regarding a loved one;

  • Concerns about Child Care and/or Aging Parents


  • The program provides problem assessment & referral at no cost to employees & eligible family members.

If assistance is needed beyond the services provided by the EAP, options will be offered that may be covered under individual health insurance plans, or through other community programs.
