Beautiful views of Lake Michigan and Milwaukee's south shoreline make this a fabulous rental site. The 5,000 square foot room opens onto a beautifully landscaped park terrace for outdoor activities. For a private area to prepare for your event (such as an area for the bride and bridesmaids to change), you may rent the Downtown Transit Center Conference Room at a reduced rate.

Available: Year round, building closes at 1am
Rental Room Size: 57' x 91' (can be divided 1/3 - 2/3)
Capacity: 300 banquet style or 350 theater style
Accessibility: Handicap accessible
Amenities: Round tables, chairs, air conditioning, smoke-free environment, carpeting, wooden parquet dance floor
Catering/Bar Service: Parks Division contracted vendor
Parking: Hourly rates, weekend flat rates, and special event rates at the O'Donnell Parking Structure. Inquire at the reservation number listed below.
