DECA Program (Employment)

Applicants with disabilities may be eligible for Disabled Expanded Certification Appointment (DECA) if their disability impacts their ability to work or apply for jobs. To determine if you are eligible for this voluntary program, please complete side A of the application and have your doctor or DVR counselor complete side B. Following receipt of your completed application you will be contacted for an assessment meeting.
