The State of Wisconsin uses two methods of sending out payments to individuals receiving child support payments.  One is a direct deposit to a bank account and the other is placing the funds on a State issued debit card.

For individuals in Milwaukee County who receive the State issued debit card, the constituent cards will expire in October of 2010.  Constituents who have kept their address current with the State's vendor JP Morgan Chase (CHASE) will automatically receive a new card in the mail.  Constituents who have moved and have not notified CHASE of their new mailing address will not receive a new card until they call CHASE.  The post office will not forward the replacement debit card to a new address.   If you have moved, please contact CHASE at 1-866-817-0761.
