Important information regarding new Voter ID legislation:

Effective January 1, 2012, valid photo identification is now required to vote in Wisconsin.  In an effort to promote voting and avoid disenfranchisement, Supervisor Harris is making sure constituents understand what they need to do in order to vote in 2012.

For individuals who have never received a state ID card, birth certificates are currently being offered for free for the purposes of voting.  Click here to learn how to apply for a birth certificate from Milwaukee County's Vital Records System.
