Milwaukee County Purple Heart Day of Honor Ceremony

Friday August 5, 2016, 11AM-1PM

All Purple Heart recipients, family or friends of deceased recipients, all veterans, and the public are invited to attend the Purple Heart Day of Honor Ceremony. Cake and coffee will be served at a reception immediately following the ceremony. The purple heart is the oldest military medal in the world, created August 7, 1782. This year will make the 234th anniversary of the inception of the purple heart.

To help county residents save about 20% on prescription drugs, Milwaukee County joined the National Assoc. of Counties prescription drug discount card program.  County residents saved over $200,000 in 2008 by using their card at area pharmacies.  There is No Fee or eligibility test.
