PATERNITY - REOPENING CASE FOR DNA TESTING
Here are the forms you need to request a reopening of an existing paternity case. In the Checklist linked directly below, you'll see which forms you need to file, when, and other important procedural information on how to file your case.
Please be aware this is only for cases where a decision has already been made regarding the paternity of a child. If the paternity of a child has not already been established, you should either start a paternity case (if parents have never been married to each other), or file for divorce/legal separation (if parents are currently married to each other).
