Generally, records of the circuit courts are open to the public. There are exceptions however. If you want to view a pre-judgment paternity case file, you must be a party to the paternity case. You may view some non-confidential case records on-line, via the internet, to see these records go to the State of Wisconsin CCAP program site at - http//:wcca.wicourts.gov The Civil Records Center is open to the public M-F 8am-4pm.
