Be Cool at the Pool: Water Park Birthday Parties Have a splashing good party! Celebrate your child's birthday with family and friends at Cool Waters or David F. Schulz Aquatic Center and leave the cleanup to us! Your party includes admission, food and fun! Your party will have a reserved area for two hours and a personal party host/hostess to show you to your party area and serve your food. You'll also receive birthday balloons and a group picture.

Birthday Menu
Each of your guests will select from the special birthday menu. Meals are served with a brightly colored, reusable beach pail, soda, and an ice cream treat.

• Puppy Dog Meal
  A "puppy dog" (a juicy beef hot dog) and fries
• Dino Meal
  Dinosaur nuggets (chicken nuggets) and fries
• Pizza Meal
  Choose cheese, sausage, or pepperoni to top your large slice of pizza
• Burger Meal
  A hearty, grilled-to-perfection hamburger with lettuce, tomato and pickle. Served with french fries

Note: You may bring your own birthday cake to your reserved party – but no other carry-ins are allowed.

Booking your Birthday Party
Make your reservations early! The number of parties scheduled in a day is limited.

Note: $130 deposit must be paid in full at time of booking. For credit card payments, call (414) 257-8067. To pay by cash or check, you must come to Parks Administration (9480 Watertown Plank Rd., Wauwatosa) during regular business hours. 

General Policy & Guidelines

1. The cost of a birthday party is $13 per person (child or adult) including tax. That price includes admission to the aquatic park & a meal for each member of your party.
2. You must pay for a minimum of 10 guests. The maximum number of guests is 30.
3. Your final guest count & meal order must be given to your party host/hostess upon arrival on the day of your party before you enter the aquatic park.
4. If more than 10 people are attending your party, the balance of your payment will be due prior to entering the aquatic park. You will pay the party host/hostess on site.
5. No one will be allowed to enter the aquatic park for free. Adult chaperones must either be paid for as party guests or they must pay full price for admission.
6. You will receive admission tickets from your host/hostess on the day of your party. You are responsible for distributing tickets to your guests before entering the aquatic park.
7. Please have all of your party guests arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time. For guests who will be arriving late, please provide a list to your host/hostess.
8. You will have the reserved area for the assigned 2-hour time slot. The area may be reserved for another party immediately following your party. We ask that you please be understanding & leave the party area in a timely fashion as a courtesy to the next guests. You are welcome to stay at the aquatic park until it closes for the day.
9. The party area will be decorated with balloons & a birthday sign. You are welcome to add your own decorations to the party area. We ask that you help to clean up any decorations that you do add. For decorating purposes, you may occupy the party area no more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.
10. A birthday party host/hostess will be assigned to serve your food. The host/hostess is not responsible for the supervision of the birthday party members.
11. The meals will be served approximately one half-hour after your scheduled start time. Please allow more time if a large number of your guests order the pizza meal.
12. You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake. Your host/hostess will store it & serve it for you. No other carry-ins of food or beverage will be allowed.
13. The birthday child will receive a group picture to remember the day. Each guest will receive a brightly colored, reusable plastic souvenir beach pail.
14. You may open gifts or bring gift bags into the aquatic park, but Milwaukee County Parks is not responsible for the storage or security of your belongings.
15. Birthday parties are held outdoors. A shaded area will be provided whenever possible but is not guaranteed.
16. The aquatic park generally remains open if it is raining or if the temperature is cool. Severe weather conditions cause the aquatic park to close.
17. If the aquatic park is closed for any reason during your scheduled time, you will have the option of rescheduling the party or receiving a full refund of your deposit.
18. In accordance with the ADA, we welcome accommodation requests. To confirm the availability of services, please contact the Aquatics Office at 414-257-8098 at least 72 hours prior to your party.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing to the Concessions Office. See the bottom of this page for the address. 
• If your cancellation is received 10 days or more prior to the scheduled date of your party, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. 
• If your cancellation is received from 2 days to 10 days prior to the scheduled date, you will receive gift certificates in the amount of $130. The certificates are good at any time and may be used toward admission, season passes, food, beverages, and merchandise at the aquatic park.
• If your cancellation is received less than 2 days prior to the scheduled date, or if you do not show for your event, you will forfeit your deposit
• Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for a refund to be processed if payment was made with cash or check.
