To ensure that Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms are afforded a level playing field in participating on all Milwaukee County procurements, the Community Business Development Partners (CBDP) Department monitors contracts and enforces Milwaukee County ordinances, in regards to DBE involvement. To assure this is done, CBDP reviews, signs-off, monitors, and enforces DBE participation on all Milwaukee County contracts.
